Océ is primarily known for its high quality print systems for drawing offices, printrooms and production environments such as printing works, but the company also generates increasing revenues from the sale of services, including document solutions and outsourcing. Océ is active in nearly all the big markets: from construction to graphics, from banking & insurance to utilities, and from government to the medical sector.

Océ is active in the entire value chain of printing systems: from development via manufacturing,
sales and service to the provision of business services and financing. In a number of countries and market segments where Océ itself does not have a sufficiently large presence, part of the product range is made available via specialized distributors. Through its own Research & Development (R&D) Océ develops its own basic technologies and the majority of its product concepts. The international Océ Head Office is situated in Venlo, in the south of the Netherlands, where the activities of the Business Units, Research & Development, Manufacturing & Logistics and International Marketing are centered. Over Océ

Onder meer op het gebied van documentoplossingen en outsourcing. Océ is daarbij actief op bijna alle grote markten: van bouwwereld tot de grafische markt, van banking & insurance tot utilities en van overheden tot de medische sector. Océ telt wereldwijd 22.000 medewerkers en is actief in 100 landen. In 2009 realiseerde de organisatie een omzet van € 2,6 miljard.
Het internationale hoofdkantoor van Océ is gevestigd in Venlo. Ook een belangrijk deel van Research & Development en van Manufacturing & Logistics vindt plaats in en vanuit Venlo. De Nederlandse verkoopmaatschappij is gevestigd in 's-Hertogenbosch en verzorgt de marketing, sales en service voor de thuismarkt.
